what we have

now the good question is what we do not have. each minute we stack up things to do our list irrespective of whether we really want it or not. Few people in the world who has formula to force others to consume goods and services they invent has caused this status of dilemma and forced selection.
Recently i listened to discussions done by prof. Nalin silva, who has correctly said what we currently experience is due to western influence, which force us to increase the greed,lust, stupity. What buddhism has thought for thousands of years, is the path to reduction of those, which is currently we have chosen to overlook, digging our selves the destruction.

HD or Not HD

This is suddenly came into my mind, when i received a sms from the SAT TV company, giving me a opportunity to upgrade to HD. It is worthless, considering that, the premium package is at home and neither at home or here, there is a HD TV, that i can operate in.
But this has made me think of how things are been routed, "importanted" such that, mass will compel to use the particular good or service, with interest, yet with no option.
Consider the HD thing. Suppose, someone tries to show me the difference of HD and non-HD difference. Unless until it is been pointed at me, i may not figure out the improvement, simply because, i don't care about it. And i'm satisfied with it. But will that allow me to stick with the old method. Yes for a while, but sooner or later, i'll be forced to reckon with the new method, citing my self, with a lot of justification, just to handle my conscious and guilt.
that what is happening in the world. Few with the vision for their remembrance, has invented goods and services, that want the people of world, to consume. We are managed to do that all these time, will do in future as well, unless we change our thinking.

Information, Trust & Employee

why organisations been so protective of there information? have they gone to the extend of killing the innovative employee and be remained with the ordinary ones?
information, files not necessarily be the most important things in life
information is outdated as the time flies and needless to say about files
what the decision makers need to figure out the people factor as a theory for organisational improvement where the system is set in such way that people does not matter only role they play.
further innovation is the key to success and survival of an organisation. it is the organisations' duty to make the employees have the correct environment for effective innovation. blocking mail, internet and USB is not the way forward. thinking beyond the horizon is what is needed at the moment

Life in stages

Looking back at my life, i'm somewhat amazed by fact that, how events been occurred in my life and their impact and changes happened. i find it little hard to believe the way i have handled them and came through.
These kinds of changes occur constantly and i have even witnessed one very recently. I became a father of a beautiful little girl. She is going to be there for the rest of her life, in which she will depend on me for almost everything, which is something that scares me a little bit.
I'm not the first person to feel this way. Considering the way my father handled our affairs with so many difficulties, i'm not in as bad situation to handle things. But the social segments we to engage with are quite different to each other.
Yes this is something i can define, drill down to various levels, so it is a never ending exercise. Yet i need to think through considering my life's position and resources concerned, and be assure of a way forward.
