Information, Trust & Employee

why organisations been so protective of there information? have they gone to the extend of killing the innovative employee and be remained with the ordinary ones?
information, files not necessarily be the most important things in life
information is outdated as the time flies and needless to say about files
what the decision makers need to figure out the people factor as a theory for organisational improvement where the system is set in such way that people does not matter only role they play.
further innovation is the key to success and survival of an organisation. it is the organisations' duty to make the employees have the correct environment for effective innovation. blocking mail, internet and USB is not the way forward. thinking beyond the horizon is what is needed at the moment

Life in stages

Looking back at my life, i'm somewhat amazed by fact that, how events been occurred in my life and their impact and changes happened. i find it little hard to believe the way i have handled them and came through.
These kinds of changes occur constantly and i have even witnessed one very recently. I became a father of a beautiful little girl. She is going to be there for the rest of her life, in which she will depend on me for almost everything, which is something that scares me a little bit.
I'm not the first person to feel this way. Considering the way my father handled our affairs with so many difficulties, i'm not in as bad situation to handle things. But the social segments we to engage with are quite different to each other.
Yes this is something i can define, drill down to various levels, so it is a never ending exercise. Yet i need to think through considering my life's position and resources concerned, and be assure of a way forward.

Yet more to do!

Each minute we pass, our future becomes some what difficult. Mostly resulted by our ways in which the environment is handled and treated. Our mother nature provides, also she would abandon us when things are not done to her wishes, more like she is loosing the strength to grab us and comfort.
First and foremost, we have to adjust our attitude. Our actions need to be more environment conscious than before. We must find way to be helping towards environment friendly in any means. unless we do that, our responses will not be tangible and worthy enough.
We must move away from word gibberish and media stunts, and look for a practical and effective actions, when comes environment conscious. Ways we could contribute changes over geography, but a common goal will be reached.
Policies and policy makers should be one step ahead of the normal citizen, not just he has to think about the future, he must open up space for them to think and contribute effectively. He is the one capable of thinking for the whole society, country as he is positioned by employment.
Nevertheless, we should not sit idle and wait till things fall into places so we could take actions. Let the things be fallen into places later, we must act first and act fast.

Innovator & "Innovator"

Innovation is the utmost reason why human civilization where it is now. We change ourselves continuously in terms of life style, technology and culture and many other. Change adopted, may be for the good or bad, yet, change will make a shift in the lives we spend. Again, Innovation is the driving force the civilizations of past, today and tomorrow.
When there are innovators in there is always, impersonators. it is a skill and a gift one could achieve and be a front runner in the human civilization. even though, humans are in billions, it only required a fraction out of those to make a difference. so it is not an exaggeration to say, been able to be a innovator is a great privilege one could achieve. 
Innovator can make you life miserable, yet it enriches the once life. On other hand, impersonators could make your life miserable, yet it does not enrich. Problem is, impersonators do not understand their incapability of being innovative, yet their belief drive (mostly force) others towards goals yet less likely achieve, and move more towards further chaos.
As far as the success of any organisation, there are derivatives that are direct inline with the success of the organisation. One basic factor is very much needed is, understanding of the managers of their true capability in being innovative.
