Life's Perspective

When time goes by, it makes me wonder, the sort of perspective should be taken in life. Considering the events we face, which are either makes us happy or angry, sometimes it is easy to take a side. having a balancing attitude about the life and activities we do in it, is difficult and boring. but if one picks a side, it is easy to concentrate and resume mono responses yet no fun in life.
See funny part of the life is, "fun" in life not necessarily comes from the good things happen to us and do. sometimes it is more about the way we handle the bad situations and their outcomes. more you learn, more one understands the ways in which fun could be achieved.
it is learnt understand and enjoy the birth of your child, even it comes with responsibilities and hardships that are going to last forever.
it is good to learn how to enjoy, when your boss is a total ass, yet you enjoy complete the work done and be proud about self.
it is wise to find ways to satisfy the parents, whom you don't get enough time to spent with and attend to their needs.
so it is nothing but, how you manage stuff, according to the situation you consider what is appropriate.

Hanging in balance

Consider the current worker dynamics and existing social conditions and consider the both and see how much of a damage could be done to our lives. See the state of fear and uncertainty, those would create and created already in our lives. We most of us, have achieved a certain level of status by our own, where money of our parents' did not work out in achieving that. Reality is there were none of that much that could be provided us with such gift.
Status acheived, basically who we are, is heavily reliant on our occupation and social stability. It is only because of those, we remain as who we are. that is nothing but hanging in balance.

Hi-Jacking our lives

As Buddha once said, each and every one of us is a "Loka" or a world it self. we assume our actions are correct and justifiable as they are performed to cater desires generated. ironically, this individual set up could grow to another extent and will not be within the scope of one individual. Certain set of individual, group themselves, mostly knowingly but not as a theory, thinking it is the way forward for individual achievement. they achieve and build theories around them. it is considered as the single most effective way to hold up tight another set of individuals where their engagement or individual influence is not sufficient balance off the others'.
The world of these individuals and their desires and their objectives will eventually be the driving force which will steer the society and later on us.
These are invincible agreements or understandings can turn someone elses' life good or miserable. Yet the question remains, what exactly we should do. Either to drink from the flowing river or dig our own well ?

World we are employed

Spending a day is becoming a cause for concern each passing day. Cost of travel, food, lodging grows day by day. We as monthly income earners, gets the greatest brunt and suffer from mental stress and anxiety over uncertainties and difficulties in meeting requirements. May be we have more requirements and avenues of spending than before. it is true if we can reduce the ways of spending results which is the oldest trick in the book.
One way another, we stay in this world because we are employed. Employed by a set of people, similarly employed yet investors cannot work without them and they are given the clean chit to act like they own the business. Our life for an extent is governed by the rules set by our employers. Our freedom and capability to be independent is a function with two variables where one controls the employer and the other is the capability of the family to back you up.
Worker dynamics are changing rapidly. i may not be a person with a lot of work experience, yet during the time i have worked i have witnessed the ruthlessness companies adopt in order to control their employees. Heartless contracts which do not emphasis any assurance of permanency towards, rather depend on the thinking of the direct supervisors who knows are making the right decision. At least i was able to get into permanent carder, which is a privilege for the freshers' of today.
Imagine the hurdles we face every year just to claim a promotion. Seeing the population increasing, their sampling is becoming easy. it givens them the freehand to throw the conditions of their choice make the employees work on them.
Dynamics in our workplaces are changing to levels are not favorable to employees at all. Also they are not favorable to employers as well. How come a disappointed majority be advantageous for an entrepreneur ? these are for the minority  whose been given the free will to feel that they own company, yet contracted through an employee agreement.
Yes, there is no point in demanding justice and fair treatment within an organisation. Organisations are run by people who are with personal intentions with certain objectives. Fair treatment and judgement does not provide adequate speed or capability for these objectives to be realized soon. What we have to find out is  understanding these dynamics and finding a feasible method that would not let you lose your self! 

Taking care of the life

Life of current earth dwellers, turns out to be more disastrous than their earlier generations. Other than generic survival issues, they are suffering from lack of being trendy, job insecurity, maintain the foundation of family, being busted day to day.
it seems like, old survival tactics and methods are emerging in a different outlook in order to suffocate and get rid of the less fortunate and less capable. Capability in current society is not termed for physical capability or birth right. yet it is somewhat birth right but right is not granted yet received by form of business and influence, which are not symbols of fair play.
simple example, it is no wonder that we see people get away by doing activities which are not law abiding, using their connections making truth or justice unnoticed.
further, how much we being compared, dishonored or showed off simply because that unfortunate is not in a position afford the "luxuries" and yet being judged by that.
this is why i have made a judgement about the current social set up is governed by the basic human instincts originated from the beginning. may be as humans even though we claimed civilized,  we have never dropped those as our guiding principles.
Starting to learn fight and survive ???

if there is good governance for real, most of use would not be worried about much of the thing. the very people munching with the word, are the one who always forget to assess them selves.
if the good governance to be made a reality, it should be practiced by each and every one of us, with the full intention. workaround is, who manage people and take crucial decision, take the first step and implement and give a lasting example for others to follow.

Understanding what to do and not to do

Few days back, in news, a woman was allowed to get down from the bus heading to Galle in the highway. Driver was fined or acquitted to court what ever. driver has broke a rule specific to highway, yet a custom normal citizen will play while on road.
Citizens' are encouraged to follow the highway rule and forget about being culturally accustomed individual. is this the  right way to move forward ?
