World we are employed

Spending a day is becoming a cause for concern each passing day. Cost of travel, food, lodging grows day by day. We as monthly income earners, gets the greatest brunt and suffer from mental stress and anxiety over uncertainties and difficulties in meeting requirements. May be we have more requirements and avenues of spending than before. it is true if we can reduce the ways of spending results which is the oldest trick in the book.
One way another, we stay in this world because we are employed. Employed by a set of people, similarly employed yet investors cannot work without them and they are given the clean chit to act like they own the business. Our life for an extent is governed by the rules set by our employers. Our freedom and capability to be independent is a function with two variables where one controls the employer and the other is the capability of the family to back you up.
Worker dynamics are changing rapidly. i may not be a person with a lot of work experience, yet during the time i have worked i have witnessed the ruthlessness companies adopt in order to control their employees. Heartless contracts which do not emphasis any assurance of permanency towards, rather depend on the thinking of the direct supervisors who knows are making the right decision. At least i was able to get into permanent carder, which is a privilege for the freshers' of today.
Imagine the hurdles we face every year just to claim a promotion. Seeing the population increasing, their sampling is becoming easy. it givens them the freehand to throw the conditions of their choice make the employees work on them.
Dynamics in our workplaces are changing to levels are not favorable to employees at all. Also they are not favorable to employers as well. How come a disappointed majority be advantageous for an entrepreneur ? these are for the minority  whose been given the free will to feel that they own company, yet contracted through an employee agreement.
Yes, there is no point in demanding justice and fair treatment within an organisation. Organisations are run by people who are with personal intentions with certain objectives. Fair treatment and judgement does not provide adequate speed or capability for these objectives to be realized soon. What we have to find out is  understanding these dynamics and finding a feasible method that would not let you lose your self!
