Lot to say; fewer to do

Increased interest in being a managers in current employment world, makes me wonder whether there will be enough people be in the world to do the actual work. Surely there will be enough "managers" in the world but it is equally important to have people to do actual work. Otherwise quality of worl been done will be lower. I am not that certain whether this is a global phenomenan yet in sri lankan context i think it is very true.
