little confused whether to build a house or buy one. since the chances to regret after buying a new house, i'm always want to go for building from scratch. all these time, all the chaos went through finding a house, i'm convinced how less resourcefull i am. i might have not done good karma during my previous lifes.

Studying for the OCP. Really tricky questions. fear for loss of money to be spent on the exam, breaking the concentration in big time. fairly in the track but need to study more!
