now and then

it came into my mind that all the management thoeries we learn could be adopted pretty easily to our lives. i may not be the first one to notice it yet it is very interesting.
in an organization we try to understand the current position and the next position need to be. we all begin at a simple position. we become different based on the next level we wanted.understanding the next position is a different thing all together but it is interesting to study what we do in order to move to the next level.
we engaged in a complex process which includes a lot of innovations and decision makings good or bad.this is a continuous process that we keep on doing until it get successful. needless to say it is not always happen what we expected. then what we do? do we stop? no not yet. we compromise something we are ought to do. something that determine our survival as a success and not as a failure and thrown into street. it is not the end result or the beginning that who we are but complex process that we employ intermediate time and our capacity in compromise plays a biggeer role most importantly.

depreciated life resulted by extended work load is remembered and forgotten like a seizure yet enjoying the moment. a brief enjoyment for the life starting from very next day

being low at yesterday

my crippled mother and father with a fragile bone structure left at hospital alone where i could not accompany them. feel pathatetic and dissapointed. i'm not a person with atleast less fortunes yet this kind of a new low to me.

There is no better example than noticing what people around us do, for true understanding of what actually people do against said and blabbered.

It is considered a great achievement, if a man achieve its vision and no wonder there are only a handful happened in history. More are comfortable with following a senior manager who has a direct or indirect saying to the money of the investor. Here and there you find individuals, raise the voice yet most get hidden in the process followed by many of the managers, converting the voice just to a murmur and that murmur get forgotten under the rub and everything remain as it is, uneasy, intense and disappointing. Unfortunately that is the status-quo of the so called corporate world.

Democracy is been maintained and protected by none other than the transparency, in all the aspects from financials to citizen services. Transparency is where a citizen knows what is happening, how it is done, what is the progress and what cost. Here we talk about information and availability of information. Handling information is tricky. Information is processed data, which means one should have enough intelligence and opportunity to process available data as data availability is easy and straight forward, it is the information makes a person numb.

In nut shell, for democracy to flourish,  

One; citizens should be given direct, efficient, timely and accurate access to information or at least data, where he or she could process back. it is not only data or information, it is about the quality of such.

Second; citizens should be given sufficient and affordable education so they and generations to come, could be equipped with enough creativity and capability to process the information provided. Considering the education structure provided by the government and what is available, at least to level of secondary should be considered as the minimum.

Third; citizen should be provided with at least lowest levels of Mars low's hierarchy of needs in terms of their social needs, from living conditions to living economy. Citizen should be secured to the level of physiology, metabolic requirements of human body.

Above is nothing but empowering of citizen, so he or she should be in a position to provide themselves and act when necessary.
